Get help with a conversion or payment

Send the checkout email, statement page count, and what went wrong. Do not email full bank statements unless we ask for a redacted sample.

We prioritize payment, refund, and failed conversion issues first.

Upload limits

One PDF per conversion, up to 20 pages and 10MB. If your statement is larger, split it into smaller PDFs first.

Refunds

If a paid conversion is not usable, contact us within 7 days with the checkout email and a short description of the issue.

Data handling

Uploaded PDFs and extracted rows are processed for the conversion request and are not stored as account history.
